Through a combination of executive coaching, engaging webinars, interactive group work and 1-2-1 sessions, we empower individuals within the exhibition industry through the Rego Approach©. Participants raise their level of understanding of key thinking processes and build leadership skills which can be applied to solve people, cultural, departmental and organisational problems. The Rego Approach© incorporates elements of Cognitive Psychology, Behavioural Wiring, Neurocognition and Behavioural Science.
Through the Rego Approach©, you will develop the ability to look at situations differently, to become aware of the challenges, to adapt, anticipate and ultimately, to act on these challenges with a new improved skill-set.
Members can decide whether you would like to commit to a six week leadership journey with the Layered Development Programme, or focus in on a specific area of interest in a Deep-Dive session. All are welcome to sample the style of the Rego Approach© in a Bite-Sized session.
Layered Development Programme
Our interactive Layered Development Programme is a course of 6 interconnect sessions delivered weekly. Exclusively for members, the LDP is delivered by a team of senior Rego coaches. Providing thoughtful and practical live educational sessions, specifically designed for the industry leaders of today and tomorrow. Deep-Dive sessions are in depth sessions focusing on fundamental issues that are not typically addressed in the workplace. Each topic is delivered via two 90 minute, interactive sessions, offered as a member exclusive. We coach you to develop greater self-awareness, that empowers you, colleagues, and ultimately your organisation to reach its full potential.
Bite-Sized sessions are short, topical sessions that gives practical insights to a range of common workplace challenges. Open to both members and non-members, these 30 minute introductory sessions form the basis of key areas explored within the Layered Development Programme.
