Deep Dive Session: Giving and Receiving Feedback Part 1 & 2
Research has shown that over one-third of organisational feedback efforts lead to performance decreases, with women systematically less likely to receive specific feedback tied to outcomes and goals. This session covers key areas surrounding this issue, including the process of setting up constructive feedback conversations, how to structure these conversations to combat gendered imbalances, and how to be receptive to feedback given to you.
In-depth sessions focusing on fundamental issues that are not typically addressed in the workplace. Each topic is delivered via two 90 minute interactive sessions, offered as a member-exclusive. We coach you to develop greater self-awareness, that empowers you, colleagues, and ultimately your organisation to reach its full potential.
