Operations Manager, Montgomery Group
Kayleigh Williams is a passionate, motivated and conscientious individual, both professionally and personally. She is an Operations Manager at Montgomery Group, having worked her way up from starting as an Operations Assistant in 2016, completely new to the world of exhibitions. She has worked across many of the shows in the Food & Drink, Design & Build and Experiences portfolios, across the UK and overseas.
Kayleigh was proudly awarded in the EN30Under30 Class of 2020 and not long after was thrilled to be invited to join the Women in Exhibitions Project Management Group. She has embraced this role with great enthusiasm to help drive our mission and initiative forward. Having wholeheartedly committed to the exhibition industry; she has built meaningful relationships with venues, suppliers and other organisers over the years, and more recently enjoyed making new connections through WIE and The Ops Nest. She’s more than willing to get involved in opportunities that arise, such as when she delivered a talk at the University of East London to Event Management students with ambitions to break into the industry. Outside of work, a huge part of Kayleigh’s life is health and fitness, she is always striving for personal growth, both mentally and physically, in an effort towards being the best version of herself.
