Ali began her career over 20 years ago in exhibition sales working at Centaur, UBM and Ascential and is now Divisional Director at Easyfairs. Like many event nomads, she has worked across numerous industries from technology to foodie festivals and aesthetic medicine. Ali is chair of the Talent Group for the AEO Development Board and is passionate about attracting and retaining talent to the fabulous exhibitions industry. A mother to two young girls, she is familiar with the constant juggle of work life balance and strives to be a positive role model for working mums!

I currently have the brilliant opportunity of taking part in the Women in Exhibitions mentorship scheme as both a mentor and a mentee. I chose Simon Foster to be my mentor and what a great choice. His extensive knowledge and support has helped to not only progress Broadway Events, but me as a business leader.
