Chelsea Hoskin is Head of Operations at Farnborough International, responsible for the planning and delivery of Farnborough International Airshow and other leading aerospace events. Chelsea has over a decade of experience delivering large-scale exhibitions and events. Prior to joining Farnborough International, she worked for RX (Reed Exhibitions), where she managed the operational delivery of major international exhibitions and launch events.

With expertise spanning event operations, logistics, supplier management, health and safety, and budget management, Chelsea has built a successful career leading complex event deliveries and high-performing teams. Having grown her own career through the exhibitions and events industry, she is a strong advocate for mentoring and is committed to supporting the next generation of female leaders.
