Cheryl set up her People Consultancy & Coaching business after 18 years as Clarion Events’ Global HR Director. She now coaches leaders, delivers leadership workshops and supports businesses with their People Agenda. Cheryl is passionate about supporting leaders and their teams to thrive. She gently guides people to step out of their comfort zone to achieve exceptional results. Her ‘superpower’ is connecting with people to build trust and connection that lets me to hold up a mirror to show and challenge what drives their success and what may be blocking professional and personal growth.

I currently have the brilliant opportunity of taking part in the Women in Exhibitions mentorship scheme as both a mentor and a mentee. I chose Simon Foster to be my mentor and what a great choice.
