Karen has eight years experience working in marketing and events and in 2023, received the prestigious EN 30 Under 30 award. She is currently working on an award-winning show, Paris Packaging Week. The event received 'Best International Trade Show' at the EN Awards 2025 and 2023 and 'Best International Show - Europe' at the AEO Awards 2023.

I currently have the brilliant opportunity of taking part in the Women in Exhibitions mentorship scheme as both a mentor and a mentee. I chose Simon Foster to be my mentor and what a great choice. His extensive knowledge and support has helped to not only progress Broadway Events, but me as a business leader.
