Experienced in coordinating all operational aspects of events, including supplier management, logistics planning, venue liaison, budgeting and feature design and management. Responsibility for line managing team members, providing support, guidance, and oversight to ensure day-to-day tasks and event objectives are delivered effectively. Sustainability is a key focus, with a commitment to reducing the environmental impact of exhibitions through practical initiatives such as waste minimisation, carbon footprint tracking and the Better Stands initiative.
