Kim is a Portfolio Director, Mental Health First Aider and is in training to become a qualified executive coach. Her passion is people development, change management and building a thriving culture to allow each individual and the team to achieve desired results. Kim has been heading up the life science division of Clarion Events for 2.5 years. In this time she has scaled the team from 10 to 26 people and grown the revenue by 80%, making Life Science the fastest growing division in Clarion.

I currently have the brilliant opportunity of taking part in the Women in Exhibitions mentorship scheme as both a mentor and a mentee. I chose Simon Foster to be my mentor and what a great choice. His extensive knowledge and support has helped to not only progress Broadway Events, but me as a business leader.
