Mike is a British leader with Afro-Caribbean heritage. He is thought leader with a strong client centric and customer experience mindset, he has demonstrable experience of leading teams across complex international matrix organisations and a strong track record of delivering. He is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Informa Markets, and leads, coordinates, and champions the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) efforts across the business to ensure the long-term sustainability of their global D&I strategy in relation to the company’s colleagues, customers, content and communities. Mike held senior leadership positions in Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, BBC, leading and setting up businesses and organisations and has won awards for management and execution excellence.
