Commercial, creative and entrepreneurial events industry leader with over 15 years’ experience running B2C and B2B events and festivals. Highly self-motivated, I have successfully launched, developed, commercialised and delivered a broad spectrum of live event and entertainment products. Proficient at working with IP, major brands, talent, music agents and business leaders, I am driven by a desire to create and execute quality products that excite the end user and foster their loyalty. Known to build exceptional teams, I find great satisfaction in understanding individual personalities and empowering them to maximise potential in a business environment. I'm delighted my role at tfconnect uses my experience of the business of festivals and events to help place great talent across the full eco-system. In my previous position as Chief Exec of Pub in the Park, I lead a team of talented professionals bringing together award-winning chefs, live music, incredible food, brand activations and the local community, in a slick festival format across the UK.
