Managing Director , tfconnect

Miranda is a commercial and creative leader in the events industry with more than 15 years’ experience launching, growing and delivering B2C and B2B events and festivals. The has  been fortunate to work across many parts of the live events ecosystem, partnering with brands, talent, agents and industry leaders to create experiences that audiences genuinely love.

Today, in her role at tfconnect, Miranda helps organisations across the global exhibitions and events industry find and place outstanding talent. Having spent much of her career running events herself, she understands the pressures, opportunities and people dynamics that shape successful teams.

Previously, as Chief Executive of Pub in the Park, she led a talented team delivering a nationwide food and music festival series that brought together award-winning chefs, live music, incredible food and brand activations in a vibrant community festival format.

Miranda is passionate about supporting people as they grow their careers. She loves helping others build confidence, navigate challenges and realise their potential in what can be a demanding but incredibly rewarding industry.
