Natasha has a wealth of experience in organising exhibitions and conferences across the Middle East, Africa, America, and Europe. She joined Terrapinn Middle East in Dubai in 2013 as an Operations Executive working her way up to become Operations Director – Middle East and Africa. Having started a family, she relocated back to the UK in 2022 where she is now the Group Operations Director at the Terrapinn Head Office in London totalling 11 years in the industry. Natasha has been responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets, played a key role in the digital transformation to virtual events during the pandemic, leads the sustainability initiatives cross-company and is currently studying her CIPD Level 5. Natasha thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative culture to attract and retain top talent. She builds professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike and has a leadership style that is both inviting and supportive.
