Nicola has over 20 years of experience in the events industry, spanning B2B and B2C across multiple sectors including retail, fashion, engineering, and technology. She currently supports businesses with their commercial growth strategy and implementation. Previously, she has held senior roles at Clarion, Hyve Group, and Ascential, and currently sits as Vice Chair on the AEO Development Board, and is Council member of Event Tech World. Nicola is passionate about growth, change, and empowering others in their careers.

I currently have the brilliant opportunity of taking part in the Women in Exhibitions mentorship scheme as both a mentor and a mentee. I chose Simon Foster to be my mentor and what a great choice.
