As a Global Recruitment Manager at CloserStill Media, I oversee the recruitment process for the UK and international markets, ensuring that all roles have the proper approval, monitoring the recruitment metrics and data, provide training and early career development and prepare weekly reports for the HR Director. I also manage the social media platforms and careers pages to enhance the employer brand and attract diverse and talented candidates. With a background in law and a passion for diversity and inclusion, I have successfully delivered talent acquisition for various business areas and industries, such as technology, music, fintech and e-commerce . I have partnered with senior and leadership level stakeholders to create and implement recruitment strategies, led recruitment drives to build new business units, and supported HR Generalist functions. I have also been elected as the Global Bipoc Employee Committee Group Co-Chair at Dice, where I contributed to the D&I initiatives and processes.
