Our board members and mentors

Suzy has spent nearly 30 years working in creative, experiential and exhibition environments, mostly inside agencies and founder-led businesses where the work is fast, the expectations are high and people carry a lot of responsibility.

Suzy has built and run a creative exhibition and experiential design agency, and knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle clients, teams, creativity, commercial decisions and the constant pressure to deliver. She has also lived the less visible side of leadership — the doubt, the decision fatigue, the moments where you’re holding a lot and don’t always have a place to put it. These days, a big part of her work is mentoring and leadership support. She works with founders, directors and women in senior roles who want space to think clearly, talk things through constructively and make decisions that feel grounded rather than reactive. Suzy is especially drawn to mentoring women who are stepping into bigger roles, navigating the shift from doing to leading, or quietly wondering what the next chapter might look like without needing it all neatly figured out.

Suzy's style is calm, practical and honest. She doesn't come with answers or fixes. She comes with experience, good questions and a steady space to think.
