Our board members and mentors

Suzy has spent nearly thirty years working in creative, experiential and exhibition environments  mostly inside agencies and founder-led businesses where the work is fast, expectations are high, and people carry a lot of responsibility.

She co-founded and ran 4D Design, a creative exhibition and experiential agency, for close to three decades  leading it through the pressure, the pace and the decisions that come with running a business like this from the inside, not observing it from outside.

These days, a large part of her work is through The Leadership Line, where she mentors founders, directors and senior women who want space to think clearly, talk things through honestly, and make decisions that feel grounded rather than reactive. She's especially drawn to working with women stepping into bigger roles, moving from doing the work to leading the people doing it, or figuring out what their next chapter looks like.

Suzy's style is calm, practical and direct. She won't hand you a fixed answer but she brings experience, sharp questions, and a steady space to think it through. If you want a mentor who's actually run a business like yours and values clarity over noise, Suzy would be glad to support you.
