Eithne Treanor runs a specialist media and communications training consultancy based in Dubai. She is a former international TV journalist and a professional conference moderator and facilitator. She is also a certified “Success Principles” trainer, having worked personally with American leadership coach Jack Canfield. She has worked around the world, chairing and moderating many global conferences including the FII annual conference in Saudi Arabia. She regularly chairs the SPE Annual Technical Conference, International Energy Forum, WFES, ADIPEC, World Energy Forum, the Africa Global Business Forum and many more. She is CNBC Arabia’s Special Consultant and she has also trained television journalists in the Middle East, South Africa, Pakistan and in Russia. She worked as an international television journalist for ABC News, Sky News, BBC World, and CNBC Europe and was instrumental in the launch of Bloomberg TV in Europe. She has interviewed thousands of leading politicians, energy ministers and high- ranking business people around the world. In her role as a media and communications trainer, she has coached equally as many senior dignitaries, government officials and corporate stars. She is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin. She studied at Columbia College, Chicago and she holds a post-graduate Diploma from the London School of Economics.
