Navigate - Leading through uncertainty and change with courage

17th September | 12:30pm - 2pm

Uncertainty isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign you’re leading.

In an industry shaped by shifting markets, evolving client expectations and constant reinvention, senior women are being asked to hold clarity, confidence and direction — even when the path ahead isn’t obvious.

In this session, we’ll explore what courageous leadership really looks like in times of change. You’ll learn how to steady yourself when the pressure rises, make decisions without perfect information, and lead others through ambiguity without absorbing all the emotional weight yourself.

This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about knowing how to navigate when you don’t.

This webinar is for you if you’re ready to lead change with courage, communicate with calm authority, and move forward — even when the future feels uncertain.
