Piers Bearne, former MD of Terrapinn and Chief Executive of Clarion Conferences, has co-founded and sold four events-led businesses. He has led seven buyside acquisitions and worked on over 20 transactions in total. As Founder of Collingwood Advisory he and his colleagues now work with over fifty independent media companies on growth and/or exit planning.
