I have been fortunate to take part in the Layered Development Training and Mentoring Scheme with Women in Exhibitions. The programme has given me the insight and knowledge to develop myself professionally and put the training into practice. The training has really helped with my mentoring sessions, where I have been able to see and report on my progress as well work to my strengths and my teams.
